1. Sid is tired of not being able to ignore threads in Unison and the general
lack of a decent newsreader on a mac
2. Sid thinks of building slrn.
3. slrn README.MAC says "use fink"
4. fink refuses to install slrn
5. After some googling, Sid ends up on an irc channel for fink.

4. Sid decides slrn readme is full of it,compiles slang and slrn from
source and finds it all works quite nicely thank you.
