Which of the granting countries do you think represents the most
exotic heraldry? By that I mean: most quarterings for instance, most
liberal image allowances, things considered not the norm: other color
and tincture rules . . .

If you can link examples that would be a plus.

Despite the fact that UK heraldry is relatively well regulated in
comparison with the rest of the world, we do provide an instance of
one of the worst grants ever!

Sorry; you have to click on the black and white achievement on the
left hand side.

Ah. Now click on the colored arms two up from Geoffrey of Anjou's tomb
in the same set of pix along the left: the third quarter (Cameron of
Fassifern) is particularly atrocious. But now we've simply moved from
'exotic' to 'bad'.

It looks like an old sailor's collection of bad tattoos... quite
appropriate.

Good point: Nelson was someone who liked to have his own way ; I
shouldn't think Garter had a chance once Nelson told him what he
wanted. Note the ducal coronet which I assume represents Bronte.

Most ugly heraldry I ever seen

. This living rat and "plastic" colours are unbelievable (maces too)

I have to say, Bosnian heraldry is very exotic indeed. Some of it is
quite striking, a lot of it however is really different.
