The long-awaited Records of the Parliaments of Scotland Project of St.
Andrews University has finally appeared online, and looks as if it
will the worth the wait. It is said to have *all* surviving
parliamentary papers from 1235 to 1707.

Yes, and in both the original Scots and in English translation. A
terrific resource.
