I have always wondered about statements regarding cleaning with hot water and how black powder attracts moisture. I'm going to clean a Knight rifle that whoever had it last must have put it away in a beach house without cleaning after a day of heavy shooting. The barrel looks like it is lined in red fur. I am building my first AR15 and need some help. I will be most likely target shooting this gun at 200 yds or more. Should I go with 223 or 204. Also any advice on barrel makers? Looking for a .41 SWC (prefered) bullet mould..in the area of 200-240grs Id consider round nose..but prefer a decent Keith style Semi wad cutter style No Lee multigroove micro yada yada designed for shake and bake lubes.
