Does anyone know where I can get a magazine extension tube for a
Mossberg 500 shotgun?

You are out of luck on this one. The design of the 500 is not able to be
extended like the 870/1100/11-87 etc.. Moss makes an 8 shot 500 but the
six shot models will need a 8 shot mag tube assembly and a 8 shot barrel.
Your making a whole new gun and it may not be cost effective.

There's no such as a magazine extension for a Mossberg 500. The barrel
nut screws into the closed end of the magazine tube.

If you want more firepower, get a 590, an 870, or a 1300.

I have never seen any extention tubes for the 500 series. This is
probably due to the guns design where the barrel nut attaches
directly to the end of the magazine tube. This would prevent
any type of extension from being attached. The only way to
get a high capacity is to completely remove the mag tube
and buy the 7 shot (I assume you have a 5 shot) tube from
mossberg. You also would have to buy another barrel as the
the 5 shot barrels will not fit on the 7 shot mag tube.
