LOL! That is funny! I sure would like to see that kid try to walk with
30 pounds of guns in his pants, including a long barreled pump
shotgun! Clank clank crunch!
I know they are trying to make a point, but that is going way over the
top.

Old video.
You'll note, though,that this was a STAGED demonstration. There's not a chance
that he could have walked normally or at all without dropping most of those.
Kid must go to one tough ass school.

Will the last American please lower the flag, fold it carefully, and put
it away?
I think I counted 12 autos, revolvers & the shotgun combined. Sure it was staged, but it
probably does prove a point. He *could* do some damage in an unarmed classroom with only
one of them. . . . Now, if he opted for just a couple of them with some extra mags.....

Rather irrelevant. As I type this, I am carrying a full-sized Colt
..45 auto concealed under a tucked in shirt. I carried the same way
last week, through full days of meeting with clients, including
property inspections.

There was a scene in a Jim Garner movie where (if I remember right) he
is asked to remove his weapons, and he takes off his gun belt. Then
the sheriff says "All of them" and he starts pulling spring deringers
and revolvers from all over the place, and knives from his wrist and
hatband. There is a pile on the table afterwards and he looks real
sheepish. It's a very funny scene. I' d like to see a video clip if
anyone knows of one. I can't even remember which movie ;(
All I could find was this:

Same basic scene in the Mad Max Thunderdome movie. Mel Gibson had to disarm
when he wanted to enter Barter Town. He ended up with quite a pile on the
counter.
It was a TV movie in the late '70's. I counted as the sheriff disarmed
Brett and he had 17 pistols on him.

Great flick!

Since you seem to remember it so well, what was the title so I can
search for a video clip? Are you sure it was a Maverick flic and not
some otherJim Garner comedy western?
Thanks.

"I'm Gonna Git You Sucka" had a scene where someone armed like the kid
in the above video tripped and all the guns began to fire!
It was definitely Maverick. It was a TV movie from a series that only
lasted a season or so. I liked it, so it was canceled.
