Looking for landscape/garden planning software

I'm looking for a good landscape/garden planning program. I'd like to be able
to create a plan of the area I'm working with and insert and move plants
around. Forecasting growth would be nice, too. Also, an included database of
plants and their characteristics would be useful. Can anyone suggest such a
product?
