When I was playing, Shir stole the visiphone when she reached level 11.
My brother had the same exp. too. so it must be level 11.
When she reached level 11 I took her to the central room/library and then
went out again, then all of a sudden she'd be gone and you'd say "What?
Shir is gone?" then you'd find her at home. From then on, she frequently
steals lots of stuff after you visit the shops.
Note: The game's a lot easier if you get the visiphone since you can save
anywhere you want.

I don't think any store sells Star Mist - I found them in only certain dungeon.
But Shir might steal them (she can steal something that are not in the stores.)
Same goes for Moon Dew.
I have finished P.S. II only to find that it's to be continued... oh well,
since P.S. III is already available in Japan, we should get it soon enough.
Ps, If you haven't reached level 37 or better, don't even try fighting the
"Dark Force" guy -- he's TOUGH!. (and so is the Mother Brain.)
