I asked the person who wrote the MKR Amulet List in Japanese to do a
English version, and he has a half-complete version at
http://sukyou10.cs.shinshu-u.ac.jp/~ctanaka/SATURN/amulet-e.html.

The problem is, all the locations are still in Japanese, so you'll need
NJWin in order to see it properly. And it's in the Japanese EUC-JIS.
The website where I got NJWin is no longer up, but he should have a full
English version soon.
