scalper was never able to scalp tickets (why online corporations etc exist
to scalp tickets), then grocery store "Publix" would as legal precedence
would never be able to buy AND * SCALP * wholesale a box of eggs at $3 to
sell at $6 to sell eggs, but if a ticket scalper sold tickets at * PHYSICAL
EXPENSE of concert promoters, then ticket scalpers would be comitting fraud.
So a person buying a $25 dollar item at store A of "XYZ CLOTHING" and
obtained refund of $35 for same item at store B of "XYZ CLOTHING" that would
be fraud.
THEREFORE 1000'S AND 1000'S OF PERSONS ARE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THAT EBAY IS
NEVER FRAUD AS GEE, LIKE, OVER 100000000 COMPLAINTS OF CRIME THROUGH EBAY
HAVE BEEN PROCESSED SO FAR, SO LIKE, W O W WOULD EBAY EXIST STILL IF LIKE
ATF HAD GUNS ALL OVER THEM STILL ???????
