Mortal Kombat 2 RAM/Bootup Diagnostic question

We picked up an MK2 board not too long ago and when we got it it
booted fine and played but now when we turn it on the bootup
diagnostic shows UJ7, UJ6, UJ5, and UJ4 as being bad. I left it off
and checked again this morning and now it shows UJ7 being good but the
rest being bad. Since these are soldered to the board I cannot reseat
them. Just curious to know if this is a common problem or if there's
something else I can try short of replacing those chips (assuming they
are even available).

Check your power supply voltages.
