Considering that it is a 1978 design, 15A switching transistor with
diode, it might be easier to simply bypass that circuit with a modern
switching power supply. What voltage do you need out?

Thanks John, I don't have a schematic for the poker game so I thought
getting the PIC625 would be the easiest fix. The Slot Company "Games
of Nevada" is still around, but not much help. The parts are still
around, but most part brokers have a $300 min.order.
