FS: Cloak & Dagger to JAMMA adapters

I did a limited run of thse in preparation for the C&D / Agent-X art that's
being made...

This has a built in audio amp (based on the williams amp circuit), and has
3 edge connectors to plug into the actual boardset (not the RF board).
