super pac to pac & pal question

hi.
i've heard this can be done by way of a few rom swaps, but i'm not sure
where to start. i was also wondering if there is someone who can burn
the pac & pal roms that i would need, if indeed that's the best way to
go.
also, could there be a way to have super-pac AND pac & pal without
mame, or is that too "have your cake and eat it"?

p.s.
i'm also on the hunt for a 'large marqee' mappy or jr. pac cab in
decent shape. with or without guts (without prefered)

Hi,
I bought a P&P cocktail kit on ebay a couple of years ago. It came
with an extra set of Super Pac roms. So I am assuming they are
