ones for the centipede arcade. The post from Amusement911 in this
thread has the correct picture of them. Quarterarcade.com claims to
have them but they are not the right ones(

there are *5* pins coming out the back of these - 2 for the LED, a common
switch pin, and a n/o and n/c switch pin
switch pin, and a n/o and n/c switch pin
