Is it possible to convert an old upright Mr. Do Arcade Game to a multigame with one of those multigame PCB's? What would be needed as far as parts and what kind of skills would I need?

I'm really only into EM pinballs and my brother was asking me if I could do this for him, but I have no clue what's involved.

If its a dedicated Mr. Do, you'd be far better off selling it as is and dropping a multigame board into a generic cab. Mr. Do isn't JAMMA and the power supply isnt very well regulated, so even with a wiring conversion, there's a good chance it'll blow up a multi-board.
