im surprised anyone still needs this art

we sold 1000 pieces in 6 months at unheard of prices. even my competitors were
buying them in large quantities

add in the fact this piece has been for sale for about 6 years from at least 5
sources, theres got to be some saturation, despite the massive production
numbers from the factory.

I grabbed a pair just for the hell of it. I still have a set waiting to be
installed on my DK but I keep getting delayed on other projects - namely my new
Tales of the Arabian Nights pinball. :)

don't miss these kind of offers that way. :)

I did buy some DK side-art(and CP overlay)from Philippe several months
ago.

As for why so many sets of DK side-art sold. I'm thinking that a lot
of people who purchased sub-par artwork realized their error, and then
decided to purchase some of the quality stuff, because not too many
people would want to show off a machine that doesn't look original.

I'll take a set for $12.00. Being that I get up for work at 3:45am
M-F I was going to bed about that time.

That's 12.00 each.Not 12.00 for a pair.What do you do for a living with
those hours?Are you a garbage man.Im not being a wise guy,Just
curious.Besides being a garbageman these days pays very well and has great
benefits. And you probably would find some games people throw out.I once
found a mint condition Pong in front of someone's house who was throwing it
away before they moved.I was lucky enough to be in my Van at the time.

Hehe, tell me about it. I hate the hours. The last time I made the
mistake of telling someone in here what I did for a living they
criticized and called me names. I learn... :)
Good to hear you have a van. I guess being in the line of buiness
your in you have to though.
I have a gent going to give me a 'Smokey Joes' complete, but I have no
way of picking it up.

Yea im on my 3rd Ford 250 Econoline. Each one lasted 175,000+ miles hauling
800lb soda machines.I think they start to run even better after you hit
100,000 miles on the odometer.Really tough trucks those Ford Econoline
250s.I made the mistake on the last one i had with an 8 cylinder.I learned
that you actually haul better with a 6 cylinder and use half the gas.I used
to get only 7-9 miles per gallon with the 8 I do much better at 12+ with the
6 cylinder. You can beat the heck out of the Fords.I wouldn't buy any other
brand when it comes to vans.I would also take a rough guess that i picked up
and delivered around 2-3 thousand games with the last one i had. That was
when business was really good at that time. Now those numbers have
plummeted:(.Just not the same anymore.I also think i actually bought up most
of the games from peoples homes on Eastern Long Island New York when i used
to advertise in all the major newspapers but it's very expensive to do that
now.About 8-9 years ago i would be picking up games from people when they
would get home from work about 4-5 times a week until i would actually
maintain a 200+ game stock of mostly classics. But it finally seems to have
dried up to where it is noticeable and now there is allot more competition
that i didn't have back then.Me thinks it's time to start another business
on the side after i sell off the thousands of parts i have left. That will
last about 2 more years.
