Howdy

I've got a Pengo board that's gone south and would like somebody to repair
it, or trade it (plus something else) towards a working Pengo PCB, or, if
possible, I'd like to borrow a working board for a bit and send that off
to someone who can fix my dead PCB if he's got a working one for reference.

Oh, BTW, here's what's wrong w/ it. The sound, ever since I got it, has
been insanely scratchy and staticy--no big deal. But now, on powerup, it
just gives random flashing garbage and random awful noises. It originally
did this (when I first got it), but reseating all the socketed chips fixed
it. That doesn't work anymore...I guess it sounds like a loose connection
somewhere on a socket that is now beyond loose and completely gone, but
there's still the sound that needs a-fixin'...

I have much booty for trade--let me know if you can help.

Thanks
-Jason

Did you try turning up the power supply a tenth or two or three or what
ever.
Check the voltage at the board. It should work best at 5.1vdc ON THE BOARD
not the power supply. You tend to have loses between the connections.
