Hello does anyone have any idea what a mint/near mint williams
multigames are going for recently?
I have new arcadeshop multi-williams parts sitting in my basement from
about 2003 when was going to build one. (ended up getting a Robotron
and installed Clay Cowgills WM and phoenix arcade WM art instead)

But I still have the parts and recently got a joust cabinet that was
horribly converted to an arch rivals that that I've refurbished back.

Anyway I'm torn between installing the NOS arcade shop parts and
building a new game, or simply just selling the parts. I'd like to
build a new game and bring something nice to life... but I"m afraid I
might lose a bunch of money doing so as full game prices seem to be
selling extremely cheap and it seems parting out games seems to be the
better move financially recently.

The parts I have are
NOS arcade shop (8-1 williams multigame board from 2003)
NOS arcade shop metal control panel with NOS multiwiliams overlay
installed, and plastic CP trim
New 8 way leaf switch joysticks installed
new happcontrols horizontal buttons
NOS AS multiwilliams front monitor glass/plastic
NOS AS multiwilliams marquee
NOS AS multiwilliams side art (or NOS phoenix arcade side art)

Do you guys think it's better to sell of the parts or build a new
machine and sell the whole thing?

I live in MD and was considering building it and taking it to the
Auctiongame sales auction on Oct 25, but with the current prices for
games, I'm afraid I might end up losing a bit of money... I'm not
actually looking to make a lot of money... mostly I don't t want to
lose a lot of money on this.

any thoughts?

You might break even on the parts when you put it all together but you
won’t get anything on the labor you put in the game.

You are better off selling the parts.
