I'm looking for the smoked plexi that goes behind the monitor glass on
an upright Pac-Man, though I'm pretty sure most 19" Midway cabinets
use the same piece, like Galaga, Galaxian, many of the cocktails, etc.
Would like for it to be in very good condition. Mine's got scratches.
Thanks,
Contact a local plastics company (look under plastics in the Yellow
Pages) and just go buy another 1/8 inch piece - it's dirt cheap - I
just bought 2 tinted 24" x 24" pieces this weekend for about $12 for
both of them...the place I go to will cut it for you etc - you just
have to mount it. Nice and easy...
Scott...
However, if you know the piece I'm talking about, it also has the
monitor surround (black molded plastic) attached to it. This whole
assembly (2 pieces) is what I need. They're glued together, I
believe, and I've never seen one taken apart. I've got one machine
here that's scratched up, and would like to simply replace the whole
thing - and now there's the issue of another machine here that needs
the whole assembly; it's missing entirely.
Thanks

It's two pieces...stuck together...smoked plexiglass sheet, attached
to a molded black plastic bezel. This is a 3-dimensional item.
You'll find them inside your Pac upright, Pac cocktails, etc.
Pardon me as I >>>whack<<< Cliff on the side of the head...
