Can somebody burn me an eeprom?

I'm trying to save what could be a bogus Ebay deal I just went
through. The "tested" pcb I received has a bad eeprom when you fire
it up. It appears the seller isn't going to do anything about it
either since he still claims it worked when he shipped it. Can
somebody burn me an eeprom for a Sunset Riders board? It's the eeprom
located at 8G. Let me know. Thanks

Is it a mask rom - as in it has Konami part numbers on it and no
sticker over a window?

Whoa, now you're going over my head. :) It doesn't have a sticker on
the window of the eprom but it has residue around the window like it
might have had one before. The chip has the following info written on
it if that helps.

Standard 2M x 8 eprom. If you want to send it to me I'll reprogram it
for free. If it's bad I'll send you out a new one and return yours as
well. You pay shipping both ways.

It's good to see someone helping out for free. I usually offer to do
the same thing when the only response is "go to such-and-such.com and
pay for it".

Chaneman offered first. If he doesn't do it for you then send me an e-
mail and I'll burn you a copy. I should have the ROM's you need. It
would help if you sent several or all ROM's so I can make sure I'm
burning the right rom for your set.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate everybody helping me. Is it time
for me to "out" the bad Ebay selller? Its really bothering me that he
sent me a bad board. He hasn't sent me another email since I told him
the chip was bad. He's a power seller too which baffles me.
