>Any opinions, good or bad about Kenneth C. Wood of Middleburg, Florida?
>Userid of setonfreeplay on Ebay.

short answer:
Yes, stay away.

Melisa Wood in late 2000 posted on the newsgroup
under the email of :arcad...@aol.com a batch
of jamma pcb's for sale.
Many, if not most of us buyers<myself included> have not received the pcb's or
a refund.

I have a copy of the cashed u.s. postal m.o.
with Melisa Wood's signature showing she received
MY MONEY. I also have Ken's signature on a delivery confirmation receipt
showing that he resides at the same residence<at least at that time>.

So... the evidence points to ... one if not both of them are thieves.

Merry Christmas everyone...well almost everyone

Karl

He stole $185 from me but the deal took so long I could not give him a bad feeback.

What kills me is that he was posting here several months ago trying to sell a
Q*bert cocktail. I was, once again, the only one busting his ass about the
money he stole from many of us. Where were you guys at then? A few NG readers
took up for him, including John in NH. As usual though, he didn't even have a
stick in this fire. The postings went on for several days, maybe even a week.
Did you guys that lost money too miss it or just not want to speak up?

I can't say that i read that post. Not interested in Qbert.
I suppose this holiday time is a very good time for this thread, as more of us
have free time to check the newsgroup.

I bugged him relentlessly, always in a nice and understanding tone, and he
actually did come through with my Defender wiring harness after about 2
months... I guess I should consider myself lucky, but it may have been my
approach. -dan
