1,300.00 [USD]

It's the rare Yellow version with multi-colored buttons.

Don't like the exchange rate? Just wait a week you might find it more favorable.

A week ago a Vectorcade sold for $610 and looking closer at the bidding you
can see that it was overpaid, already. I guess with Brett offering $1200 he
would even manufacture a brandnew Vectorcade in any colour.

He sold he mold for the vectorcade case as well. But sure, I guess Brett could make a new one if he felt like it.

He will never make another one because if he does hes legacy dies and the Vectorcade are no longer something special.

Hmm, as long as Brett doesn't create hundreds of Vectorcade for a cheap
price they would remain special. Sure, not that special and rare amongst the
collectors anymore as they are now, but still extraordinary and valueable
for players.

Just found this video showing the marvelous Vectorcade:

PS: Sounds like a happy Hutchinson family in the background. ;-)

The more I think about this rare Vectorcade and offers like $610 or even $1200, the more I think that more Vectorcades should be produced:
50 Vectorcades were planned, originally.
26 Vectorcades were built and sold.
So at least another 24 Vectorcades to be built! Perhaps not sold for $120, each, but $150, $200, or even more. Brett?!

Last not least a quote from the Brett Wallach's webpage www.playvectrex.com:
"!!! VECTORCADE PRODUCTION HAS BEEN PUT ON TEMPORARY HOLD !!!"

Neo, you probably own a Vectorcade. I don't. Brett had never promised that he would limit his production of Vectorcades to 26 (or 27). 50 Vectorcades were planned. And Brett is alive and kicking and too young to just sit back and think about his legacy. ;-)

I had seen pictures of Vectorcades in black and blue. I just stumbled over a
small picture of a yellow Vectorcade which looks unusual to me:

There's at least two yellow Vectorcades there I believe... Chris Romero has (had?) one of them...

Good to know. Yellow is definetely not my colour for a Vectorcade. I guess
Chris Romero still has his yellow Vectorcade (see initial post).

You said it in other words, Darryl. ;-) I guess you better wash your hands
before grabbing the yellow joystick.

But there's no accounting for taste...

In the video is Vectorcade #15, current owner is Neo (not Richard). The description of the video says:
"Only 26 of them in the world
VECTORCADE IS GREAT!
2.000 $ AND ITS YOURS"

So we have two Vectorcades for sale, atm: A yellow Vectorcade for $1300 and a black Vectorcade #15 for $2000. Any seller with an even higher offer?

I'll wait till prices fall, again. ;-)

Yes, yellow colored case with the multi-colored buttons is one of mine. It has a set of black buttons to go with in case I wanted to change out for a mote "subtle" appearance. :-)

The other one is a deep purple metal-flake case with black buttons. Also seen at CGExpeo. Though in most light the appearance is near to black.

CGE Services has a black case with black buttons that is shown when my Vectorcades are not present. I think Sean Kelly might have originally obtained that one, but I could be wrong since the CGE equipment came from several people.

I'm still very interested in a Vectorcade, but 1000$ is far out for me.
Thanks, Neo, for offering, anyway.

Thanks for your mail. I've been looking around for about four years for a
Vectorcade and I might wait some more years to get one. Such is collecting.
