Some time ago there was talk about getting a hold of the moulds Mark
Shaker used to make new Vectrex cartridge cases. What happened with
that? Is there any interest in getting a new set of moulds made?

Yes the discussion came from myself. I looked at this project long and
hard, the cost is very prohibitive and the costs would be recouped
after roughly 5-6 years and that's selling roughly 2000 cases a year.
I intended to get the thing organised but after losing 3 members of my
family this year I decided that I wanted to concentrate my life on
other things, thinking that life is too short!! I do not think that
the market plae for Vectrex game cart cases is large enough for this
project to viable, I wish the people who take the project over good
luck.

OK, fair enough, but why didn't you let us know, instead of ignoring posts /
Emails.

Don't keep promising things you can't deliver, it's makes you look very
silly.

12,000 cases? How much can these things cost? I don't think sean
kelly sold anywhere near that number, on the other hand he was selling
$80 multi-carts which would have made it much easier to break even or
make money. The intelevision cases seem to work ok, and at least it's
something.

Does anyone here know how to contact Sean Kelly anymore? Are you guys
cannibalizing old Intellivision cartridges or did someone make a bunch
of fresh ones?

Dave,
he's currently selling 2nd hand stuff on ebay, e.g.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vectrex-Overlays-SET-OF-THREE_W0QQitemZ120268325558QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item120268325558&&_trksid=p3286.m63.l1177

so you could contact him via his seller ID.

some are being shipped caseless with the board coated for protection.
others are still cannibalizing various cases with intv being the prime.
there has been a new run of cases made. waiting for delivery of mine as
some of the other suppliers are.
