Yeah, as I read the question, the name sounded familiar, but I could only
think of a mushroom, and since mushrooms are not vegetables in my view of
the world, and even less "a vegetable", I thought Calvin was thinking of
think of something else, like a zucchini.

That must be an everyday thing in Australia only. When my mummy insisted
that I should eat my vegetables, she certainly did not mean mushrooms of any
sorts. Mushrooms were simply mushrooms (well "svamp" in Swedish).
