These questions were written to be asked in Toronto on 2014-09-22,
and should be interpreted accordingly.

On each question you may give up to two answers, but if you give
both a right answer and a wrong answer, there is a small penalty.
Please post all your answers in a single followup to the newsgroup,
based only on your own knowledge. (In your answer posting, quote
the questions and place your answer below each one.) I will reveal
the correct answers in about 3 days.

All questions were written by members of Unnatural Axxxe, and are
used here by permission, but have been reformatted and may have
been retyped and/or edited by me. For further information see
my 2014-09-15 companion posting on "Questions from the Canadian
Inquisition (QFTCI*)".

* Game 2, Round 2 - Arts - Name That Channel

We name three TV shows, you name the network or channel that
carries all of them. (In Toronto, of course. You knew that.)

1. Oxymoronically, this cable channel is home to "Duck Dynasty",
"Storage Wars", "and" "American Hoggers".

2. "The Soup", "Fashion Police", "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

3. "American Horror Story", "The Americans", "Fargo".

4. "Cash Cab", "Just for Laughs: Gags", "Match Game".

5. "Murdoch Mysteries", "Dragon's Den", "Marketplace".

6. "Orphan Black", "Heroes of Cosplay", "Face Off".

7. "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown", "The Situation Room with
Wolf Blitzer", "Anderson Cooper 360".

8. "The O'Reilly Factor", "Hannity", "On the Record with Greta
Van Susteren".

9. "Chopped", "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives", "Grill It! with
Bobby Flay".

10. "The Walking Dead", "Hell on Wheels", "Better Call Saul".

* Game 2, Round 3 - History - How Old were They?

In all cases, give the age of the person as of the indicated date,
within 2 years.

1. Neil Armstrong, when he landed on the Moon, 1969-07-20.

2. Roberta Lynn Bondar, when she flew mission STS-42 on Discovery,
January 22-30, 1992.

3. Gaius Julius Caesar, when he was assassinated in the Senate of
Rome, March 15, 44 BC.

4. Cleopatra VII Philopator, when she took her own life, August 12,
30 BC.

5. Maj. Gen. James Wolfe when he was killed on the Plains of
Abraham, 1759-09-13.

6. Louis-Joseph de Montcalm-Gozon, Marquis de St-Veran, when he
died a day after being struck by a musket ball in the same
battle?

7. Rittmeister Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen ("the Red
Baron"), when he was shot down over the Western Front,
1918-04-21.

8. Amelia Earhart, when she disappeared over the Pacific Ocean en
route to Howland I., 1937-07-02.

9. Charles Darwin, when he set out on the voyage of the HMS Beagle,
1831-12-27?

10. Hiram King "Hank" Williams, when he passed away in the back

been any.
