A while back I posted a link to an article I was working on for
Wikipedia. Well, it's finally gotten to primetime with a much better
(shorter) name:

Anyone can add to the list, although I expect I'll be the only one who
ever does. Some anonymous person did make some improvements, though. (If
that was you, Mark, thank you.)

PS Now if I could only find out if Calgary TX was named after the one in
Alberta....
