These questions were written to be asked in Toronto on 2015-06-29,
and should be interpreted accordingly.

On each question you may give up to two answers, but if you give
both a right answer and a wrong answer, there is a small penalty.
Please post all your answers in a single followup to the newsgroup,
based only on your own knowledge. (In your answer posting, quote
the questions and place your answer below each one.) I will reveal
the correct answers in about 3 days.

All questions were written by members of Five Guys Named Moe, and
are used here by permission, but have been reformatted and may
have been retyped and/or edited by me. For further information
see my 2015-08-18 companion posting on "Questions from the Canadian
Inquisition (QFTCI*)".

* Game 10, Round 9 - Arts - Now Playing on Broadway

All these musicals are currently playing on the Great White Way.
Given the description from broadway.com, name the show.

1. Nine 2011 Tony Awards say it's the Best Musical of the Year.
The New York Times says, "It's the best musical of this century."
It's the Broadway phenomenon from South Park creators Trey
Parker and Matt Stone.

2. Based on the imaginative Gregory Maguire novel, the musical
takes a fantasy journey through the unseen side of Oz, sharing
a tale of unexpected friendship and love.

3. Charlie Price has suddenly inherited his father's shoe factory,
which is on the verge of bankruptcy. Trying to live up to his
father's legacy and save his family business, Charlie finds
inspiration in the form of Lola, a fabulous entertainer in need
of some sturdy stilettos.

4. This musical tells the inspiring true story of Carole Klein,
from her early days as a Brooklynite struggling to enter the
record business to her years spent as a chart-topping music
legend.

5. On the eve of her wedding, a bride's quest to discover her
father's identity brings three men from her mother's past back
to the Greek island they last visited 20 years ago.

6. This raucous musical comedy that tells the story of a fictional
rock 'n' roll band, fronted by a transgendered "internationally
ignored song stylist" from East Berlin.

7. This musical is the romantic story of a young American soldier,
a beautiful French girl and an indomitable European city,
each yearning for a new beginning in the aftermath of war.

8. Come paint the town red with merry murderesses Roxie Hart and
Velma Kelly and their hotshot lawyer Billy Flynn, with hit
songs such as "All That Jazz" and featuring sizzling dancing
in the style of Bob Fosse.

9. This musical follows the story of author J.M. Barrie and his
relationship with the family of widow Sylvia Llewelyn Davies,
who eventually became his inspiration to write Peter Pan.
It shares its title with a recent movie about Barrie.

10. Based on Roald Dahl's classic children's book of the same name,
this musical follows a bright little girl who immerses herself
in books. Discarded and belittled by her dimwitted parents
and her hostile headmistress, she dares to take a stand against
unjust forces and to grasp her destiny in her own, tiny hands.

* Game 10, Round 10 - Give-and-Take Challenge Round

A. World's Biggest Producers

A1. Which tiny European country is the world's largest producer
of false teeth (dentures)?

A2. Which Asian country is the world's largest producer of milk?

B. Organs that Produce Hormones

In the human body...
B1. ...which organ produces insulin?
B2. ...which gland produces human growth hormone?

C. Biggest Thefts

C1. In what is considered the biggest art heist in history,
in 1990 two men dressed as police officers made off
with $300,000,000 worth of art from the Isabella Stewart
Gardner Museum, including three Rembrandts and a Vermeer.
The case is still unsolved. In which American city did
this robbery occur?

C2. After posing as a diamond merchant for 3 years to gain trust,
the ringleader and his gang broke into a vault protected
by 10 layers of security to steal $100,000,000 worth of
gems in 2003. The gems were never found. This robbery was
called the heist of the century and the police still can't
explain how it was done. In which European city did this
robbery occur?

D. Give-and-Take at the Movies

D1. In the 2014 movie adaptation of the popular Lois Lowry
young adult novel "The Giver", who played the title

E. Music Producers

E1. The 1985 charity super-hit "We Are the World" was produced
by Michael Omartian and what other giant in the music
industry?

E2. This music producer should be remembered as the creator
of the "Wall of Sound", but instead has come to epitomize
questionable hairstyles -- as he serves his prison sentence
for the murder of Lana Clarkson. Name him.

F. NFL Receivers

Game 10 is over and the winner is... holy cow! It's a THREE-WAY TIE
between DAN BLUM, MARC DASHEVSKY, and JOSHUA KREITZER! You'd better
check my scoring for any errors, but meanwhile, hearty congratulations
and Merry Christmas to all three!

Liechtenstein. 4 for Bruce, Marc, and Dan Tilque. 3 for Björn.
2 for Dan Blum, Joshua, and Pete.

Lots of votes for Liechtenstein and Luxembourg, but none for San
Marino and only one for Andorra. Stereotyping? Well, it was
Liechtenstein.

India. 4 for Dan Blum, Bruce, Peter, Erland, Marc, and Pete.
2 for Joshua.

Pancreas. 4 for Dan Blum, Joshua, Björn, Bruce, Peter, Gareth,

correct. 4 for Dan Blum, Bruce, Peter, Marc, and Pete. 3 for Björn.
