> ** Final, Round 4 - Geography
> * TTC Bus Routes
> Typically, a TTC bus route takes its name from the street that most
> of the route runs along. Give the names of the following routes.
> 1. #6.
Bay.
> 2. #29.
Dufferin.
> 3. #94.
Wellesley.
This one is an exception to the "typical" naming pattern, as
it follows Harbord for a slightly greater distance than it does
Wellesley; but that's the result of a change to the route some time
after it was introduced, and for several reasons it made sense not
to rename it at that time.

Erland, Joshua, Calvin, Dan Tilque, and Pete.

Zaire. (Previously, and now again, DR Congo.) 4 for everyone.
> * East-er
> Which location on each list is the farthest east? (True east,
> not Toronto street grid east.)
Just for fun, I rearranged the lists in the questions to show the
places in order from north to south, except for the one that doesn't
have a specific latitude.
> 7. Kingston ON, Syracuse NY, Philadelphia PA, Norfolk VA.
Philadelphia (75°10' W). The others are at 76°29', 76°9', and 76°17'
respectively. 4 for Dan Tilque. 3 for Joshua.

79°19'55". 4 for Joshua. 2 for Dan Blum.

4 for Erland and Joshua. 2 for Dan Blum.
> * Toronto Street Names

Broadview Av.

Dundas St., Kingston Rd.

It's Spadina Rd. north of Bloor, Spadina Av. south of Bloor.
"Spadina" was sufficient anyway.
Yangtze. (Flows from the Tibetan Plateau into the East China Sea.)
3 for Calvin. 2 for Dan Blum and Pete.
> 14.
