These questions were written to be asked in Toronto on 2015-04-20,
and should be interpreted accordingly.

On each question you may give up to two answers, but if you give
both a right answer and a wrong answer, there is a small penalty.
Please post all your answers in a single followup to the newsgroup,
based only on your own knowledge. (In your answer posting, quote
the questions and place your answer below each one.) I will reveal
the correct answers in about 3 days (from the first posting).

All questions were written by members of Five Guys Named Moe, and
are used here by permission, but have been reformatted and may
have been retyped and/or edited by me. For further information
see my recent companion posting on "Questions from the Canadian
Inquisition (QFTCI*)".

* Game 1, Round 4 - Literature - Trilogies

We give you the overall title of a trilogy and the titles of the
individual novels. You name the author.

1. Millennium trilogy: "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo", "The Girl
Who Played with Fire", "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest".

2. Fifty Shades trilogy: "Fifty Shades of Grey", "Fifty Shades
Darker", "Fifty Shades Freed".

3. Hunger Games trilogy: "The Hunger Games", "Catching Fire",
"Mockingjay".

4. Maddaddam trilogy: "Oryx and Crake", "Year of the Flood",
"Maddaddam".

5. Cornish trilogy: "The Rebel Angels", "What's Bred in the Bone",
"The Lyre of Orpheus".

6. Cape Breton trilogy: "The Long Stretch", "The Bishop's Man",
"Why Men Lie".

7. Barrytown trilogy: "The Commitments", "The Snapper", "The Van".

8. His Dark Materials trilogy: "Northern Lights" (also known as
"The Golden Compass"), "The Subtle Knife", "The Amber Spyglass".

9. Bounty trilogy: "Mutiny on the Bounty", "Men against the Sea",
"Pitcairn's Island". (Two coauthors; name either one.)

10. Isadora Wing series: "Fear of Flying", "How to Save Your Own
Life", "Parachutes and Kisses".

* Game 1, Round 6 - Canadiana Geography - City Nicknames

We'll give you a nickname for a Canadian city -- sometimes official,
sometimes not -- and you name the city. Some cities share the
same nickname, in which case we will accept either one.

1. Paris of the North.
2. The Wilderness City.
3. The Garden City.
4. Salmon Capital of the World.
5. Freddy Beach.
6. Bytown.
7. Slurpee Capital of the World.
8. Sin City.
9. City of Champions.
10. Polar Bear Capital of the World.

Stieg Larsson

A fourth book is in the coming - and big quarrel whether it is an
acceptable thing or not to continue a series from a dead author.

Yes, this did come up the previous season, in a round posted here
on 2015-01-04. (That time the question was the other way around.)
