Hi
I was wondering if I could join this group and post quiz questions to you all please?
I quiz family and friends, and occasionally provide questions to the local pub so have kept a running spreadsheet of questions and came across this group yesterday and wondered if i could share them with you (I dont know my way around this yet, so please bear with me :) )
So if you'd like to join in, that would be great!
1 Who directed the 2000 film Snatch?
2 In which building might you encounter the Dewey Decimal System?
3 Which artist was voted Best Act Ever at the 2008 EMAs?

5 Rosencrantz is a character from which Shakespeare play?
6 What does the word Crestfallen mean?
7 The New Deal was implemented by which US president?
8 In which US state would you find the 8km Mackinac Bridge?
9 What does the French word 'Sale' mean?

11 Pellagra is caused by a deficiency in which vitamin?
12 The Ayutthaya Historical Park is located in which country?
13 Which metal has atomic number 11?

Sure. Welcome!

You did not say how you wanted the answers, so I assume that you want us
to post them to the newsgroup. And I assume that we must not use any

May I suggest not mixing quoted text and new text on the same line?
It makes the eye want to skip over the answers. You could use a
layout similar to what Calvin and I do.

I'd up to you, but I'd expect to be scored as wrong.

People also like, I think, to see which questions they were marked as
correct on. I use one format for that; Calvin uses another.

Thanks for running the quiz.
