I still haven't recieved mine....who do i call/email to find out whats wrong?

I all likelihood, nothing is wrong. The Herald is sent by bulk
mail. That means it's slow and unpredictable. It was sent during the
Christmas mailing rush. That makes it worse.

Wait a couple of weeks before getting worried.
