If I drop new Wort (gives me 2 gobbo tokens, and all spells I play have
conspire), then play Goblin Grenade, for which I'll be sacrificing a token
for the additional cost, can I still tap that Goblin to pay the conspire
cost (it is a cost, isn't it?)

From the Shadowmoor FAQ:

502.78a Conspire is a keyword that represents two abilities. The first is a
static ability that functions while the spell is on the stack. The second is a
triggered ability that functions while the spell is on the stack. "Conspire"
means "As an additional cost to play this spell, you may tap two untapped
creatures you control that each share a color with it" and "When you play this
spell, if its conspire cost was paid, copy it. If the spell has any targets,
you may choose new targets for the copy." Paying a spell's conspire cost
follows the rules for paying additional costs in rules 409.1b and 409.1f-h.

502.78b If a spell has multiple instances of conspire, each is paid separately
and triggers based on its own payment, not any other instance of conspire.

So yes, it's an additional cost. 409.1h says costs may be paid in any order
(which means you can pay additional costs before, after, or interspersed with
the mana/alternate cost, and can shuffle additional costs as you wish - as long
as you pick an order that LETS you pay them all). So yes, you may tap the token
you're about to sacrifice to GG to help pay the Conspire additional cost.

(And note that you say _whether_ you're going to use Conspire a bit earlier,
in 409.1b - before you pick -which- Goblin(s) you're going to tap for it, or
to sac to the GG.)

409.1b If the spell or ability is modal (uses the phrase "Choose one
-," "Choose two -,"or "[specified player] chooses one -"), the player
announces the mode choice. If the player wishes to splice any cards
onto the spell (see rule 502.40), he or she reveals those cards in
his or her hand. If the spell or ability has a variable mana cost
(indicated by {X}) or some other variable cost, the player announces
the value of that variable at this time. If the spell or ability has
alternative, additional, or other special costs (such as buyback,
kicker, or convoke costs), the player announces his or her intentions
to pay any or all of those costs (see rule 409.1f). You can't apply
two alternative methods of playing or two alternative costs to a
single spell or ability. Previously made choices (such as choosing to
play a spell with flashback from his or her graveyard or choosing to
play a creature with morph face down) may restrict the player's
options when making these choices.

409.1h The player pays the total cost in any order. Partial payments
are not allowed. Unpayable costs can't be paid.

> can I still tap that Goblin to pay the conspire
> cost (it is a cost, isn't it?)

Conspire is an additional cost. You choose in step 409.1b whether to
use it, and you add on "tap two untapped creatures you control that
each share a color with this spell" to the costs. When you get to
409.1h, you pay the costs in any feasible order. So, you can pay {R},
tap, sacrifice or tap, {R}, sacrifice or tap, sacrifice, {R}.
