Am I correct in thinking when Wound Reflection triggers at end of turn,
each "head" in a 2HG game loses only life equal to the life that
"head" lost that turn? (As opposed to losing life equal to the amount of
life the whole team lost that turn.)

Looks like it.

606.9. Damage, loss of life, and gaining life happen to each player
individually. The result is applied to the team's shared life total.
Example: In a Two-Headed Giant game, a player plays Flame Rift, which
reads, "Flame Rift deals 4 damage to each player." Each team is dealt a
total of 8 damage.

Yes, as far as I know each head has life losses counted against it
individually, it's only the effect of the life loss on the life total
that's different:

606.9. Damage, loss of life, and gaining life happen to each player
individually. The result is applied to the team's shared life total.

It gets a bit complicated if something sets a life-total to a
particular number, but apart from that it's pretty straightforward.
