All mana generating elves are now Druids?

Played in a casual game with friends yesterday. A buddy had built
an Elf deck using one of the new cards that lets you tap 7 druids
to steal all the land from a target player.

Most of his elves were not Druids, but he claimed that all mana
generating elves had been errated in Oracle to be Druids as well.
I know some reprints, like Llanowar Elves have been made druids,
but is it true that all elves that generate mana are now Druids
as well?

Not true. Elvish Aberration is an Elf Mutant; Elvish Spirit Guide is an
Elf Spirit; Llanowar Dead is a Zombie Elf; Nomadic Elf is an Elf Nomad; Radha,
Heir to Keld is an Elf Warrior. Viridian Acolyte is an Elf Shaman.

That being said, however, it does seem that every other Elf that has a way
to produce mana is also a Druid, currently. (There's only one 'Summon Elves',
and it's from an Un- set.) So probably _most_ of the Elves he was using in
casual, if not all, were in fact Druids also. But there has been no mass
Errata updating them all to be Druids.
