Ok, I'm sure there are lots of rulings on this, but my search-fu seems to be weak at the moment. So... How is the cost of equipment, locations, retainers and allies calculated with regard to cards played later which "look at" the cost of that card? Do cards "remember" cost-reducing effects? Does Watenda pay one blood (the cost of Majesty) or zero blood (the cost Adana paid) to do so?
