1. Is it possible to vote push (get extra votes except 1 per ready
Prisci) in the Prisci sub-referendum, by any means (Except Gratianos
special ability) ?

2. Can you play Concealed Weapon if you don't have a weapon on your
hand. If yes can you then if you replace Concealed Weapon with a weapon
equip with that ?

3. Does the rule "Note that a ready vampire with no blood must hunt
(and cannot take any action except the hunt action)." apply any time
during the minion fase? Eg. A vampire use the last blood to freak drive
is now untapped but with no blood, must it hunt or can you end your turn
making no other actions ?

4. Can you play Temptation on your own vampires ?, if yes what kind of
direct actions can you make on yourself, vampires and card you control.
For certan you can't ambush your own vampires.

No. Only card text (e.g., Gratiano) can override the rulebook rule
that says only Priscus votes can be used in the sub-referendum.

No. Moot.

Yes.
Must hunt.

Yes.
Your minions cannot enter combat with other minions you control, ever.
Your minions cannot bleed you, ever.
Anything else goes, subject to card text, of course.
