I'm just trying to get decks built so I have time to tinker with them
and this information would be really helpful. (or other information
such as: its a draft storyline like Anarchs and Alastors).

Thursday Storyline?
is it the typical 75% one clan, certain cards banned (Recalled to
founder) or is it something else?
I have no clue. I'm not on the team that prepare this special
storyline event. I will try to get information.

That i don't really know what was done in the other NAC. We always
play 2hrs final here. But since this is the NAC, we will go with what
was done before in the past.

Then you have a choice. Last year the final lasted three hours. All
previous years have had a two hour final.

The full rules and story for the NAC Storyline will be posted soon. It
will be a contstructed event with no special deck or crypt
restrictions. However, there are several special rules for the event.
Players who build decks to take advantage of the format will have a
distinct advantage over those that do not.
