My Laibon is blocked by a Follower of Set with OBF. I control a non-
acting Guruhi as well.
1) I declare block is successful and play Make an Example. FoS is
tapped, takes 2 damage (as does my minion), and FoS cannot play Mental
Maze because the action has ended. Correct?
2) I declare block is successful and pass the impetus. FoS plays
Mental Maze and stays untapped. I cannot play Make an Example,
because the action has already ended. Correct?
3) My Guruhi can play Make an Example while in Torpor. Correct?
4) My Guruhi can play Make an Example while tapped. Correct?
5) My Guruhi can play Make an Example on someone else's turn, as long
as my minion is the one who is acting (via Enkil Cog, perhaps.)
Correct?

Action modifiers cannot be played by a vampire in torpor unless that vampire is
the acting minion. [RTR 19970306]
