What happens if, for example, two cross-table players are simultaneously
ousted by some effect, after this vote passes? Do both of their predators
get the adjusted pool value?
Or does the phrasing "ousting his or her prey" (as opposed to "when his or
her prey is ousted") imply that this reward is only given if your prey is
ousted during your turn, caused directly by one of your actions?
