L.A. OrcCon event #4 finalist deck (for Ashenbach)

Did not want to dilute the other thread anymore than it is. Dennis
Lien's deck came about from a brainstorming discussion between him,
Matt Wedge and me. I had a Dual Form deck that was doing fairly well
but we were working out a more interesting way to use it and deal with
its negative of burning the other vampire if one leaves the ready
region. We came up with some Soul Gem ideas and Dennis's was the most
plausible to pull off and still be competitive, so he put it together.
It's an intricate design (as are most of D's decks) but when it gets
going it is rather difficult to deal with. Anyhow, here it is:
