If a Salubri Antitribu I control uses Death Seeker to cancel an
opposing minion's strike card as it is played, does the opposing
minion get to choose a new strike (either hand or another strike
card?) What about canceling a combat card that provides additional
strikes, can the opposing minion play another source of additional
strikes?

Death Seeker (HttB:C)
Cardtype: Combat
Clan: Salubri antitribu
Cost: 1 blood
Cancel a combat card played by the opposing minion as it is played (no
cost is paid). A vampire can play only one Death Seeker each round.

The Nagaraja Asguresh has the same ability as a card text power. Is
his power subject to the same ruling as Death Seeker? (I believe it
is)

Asguresh [HttB:V]
Clan: Nagaraja
Group: 5
Capacity: 6
Disciplines: aus CEL NEC
Independent: Once each combat, Asguresh may cancel a combat card
played by the opposing minion as it is played (no cost is paid).
Scarce.

Many thanks!

Yes; the opposing minion is required to choose a strike.

Yes.

Yes. Watenda has a similar ability (and follows the same rules).

A card canceled with Death Seeker still counts as played, so any
combat cards that can only be played once such as Carrion Crows or
Immortal Grapple can't be played again.
