Hey there, quick question.

I really need to know this with ECQ being tomorrow and stuff.
Can you played Cloak the Gathering (the superior) with a tapped minion?

I was under the impression you could, but I'd like some confirmation on
this.

Yes. Tapped minions play action modifiers all the time. In fact, I think
most action modifiers are played by tapped minions (as you tap when you take
your action).
