Was confused over some points of play recently - can someone clarify
please?

1) I was playing Tzimisce and an acting minion was blocked by a
!Bujah. The blocking player played Blood Brother Ambush, and I
attempted to play sup version of Skin Trap - does the effect of this
card apply to the Blood Brothers or not?
a) the Blood Brothers ignore the effect and strike anyway
b) the Blood Brothers get to burn a life to strike
c) the Blood Brothers cannot burn a blood and hence cannot strike

2) Recently we've been using Torn Signpost a lot - the card text
implies that it sets the hand damage rather increasing it. If a
vampire such as Bianca or Richter with +1 hand damage/strength plays
Torn Signpost, do they get their own bonus too? What is their total
hand damage?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Since BBA is an Action Modifier, he could not play it anyway :-)
But let´s suppose the Tzimisce blocked the !Brujah and look at the card´s
text...
"Only usable when an action is blocked. Combat does not occur. Put this card
into play. While in play, this card represents an ally with 3 life and 2
strength who can strike for 2R damage; this ally enters combat with the
blocking minion. Blood Brothers may play cards requiring basic Potence as a
vampire with a capacity of 3. Any cost in blood is paid with life. [...]"
So a Skin Trap would be played while in combat with the Blood Brothers, with
its full effect IMO. The Brothers pay the cost to strike with 1 life.

TS sets the base strength to 3, which is then modified by the +1 strength,
totaling 4 base strength, I´d say.

Correct. Skin Trap specifies "opposing minion", and BBA, as an
ally, qualifies as a minion.

No. They pay the blood cost of cards requiring potence in life.
They cannot "burn blood" in general, since they have no blood.
Superior Skin Trap will simply prevent the BBA from striking,
since the BBA cannot execute the other option.

Correct.

Is this also true for Talaq the Immortal, can he only pay life for his
qui/tha strikes? (Same question for the Ghouled Street Thug)
