Something similar to this happened last night (although with different
vampires, this is a simplified equivalent):
Gabrin (who has CHI and pays 1 less for chi cards) attempts to hunt.
Isabel de Leon (AUS), who is tapped, Wakes and blocks his hunt, playing a
Spirit's Touch for +1 intercept and an optional maneuver.
In the resulting combat, Isabel chooses not to maneuvers, and Gabrin strikes
Mirror Image at superior to end combat and continue the action.
Since Isabel woke, she simply attempts to block again.

In the new resulting combat, does Isabel get an optional maneuver? Is the
Spirit's Touch "reactivated" in its entirety for the new block?

Would she get that maneuver if she had used it in the first combat?

Yes.

> Would she get that maneuver if she had used it in the first combat?

Yes.

It applies to any block-induced combat for the duration of the action
(once per combat).

Google: "mist maneuver resulting combat author:LSJ"

(got lucky with the maneuver part, since the acticle retrieved dealt
with Precognition and repeating the damage prevention instead.)
