If I'm hit for one two rounds in a row, what's my strenght in the third
round? (asuming I have 1 strenght at start). Could IMO be interpreted (quite
close to correct spelling!?) as both 2 and three...

Round 1, they have 1 strength. (default)
Round 2, they have 1 strength (default) + 1 strength (round 1) = 2
Round 3, they have 1 strength (default) + 2 strength (round 2) = 3

(Assuming your text is correct, I don't have it.)

You're unlikely to have a serious problem with it, from my point of
view. (Not official.)

(Assuming it's an action modifier.)

Yes. Look at Cloak the Gathering.

The limit is one action modifier per vampire per action.

Without explicit card text, all action modifiers can be played
regardless of tapped/untapped.

Round 1: X=0 (the amount done in the non-existing previous round). 1+X = 1
Round 2: X=1. 1+X = 2
Round 3: X=1. 1+X = 2

No. Final Nights cards are not legal in V:EKN-sanctioned contructed deck
tourneys
until July 11, except for Hesha and Fatima.
