Ok, Maybe I don't exactly get cards that llow you to block while
tapped, but here goes:

1) If a magaji with No Secrets attached is tapped and blocks a bleed
action while tapped. Can the vamp, at the end of combat, play Cat's
Guidance? Or can he not play it due to the fact he's tapped and tapped
vamps can't play reactions

2) Magaji, No secrets attached, tries to block a bleed, bleeding vamp
tries to stealth pass. Can Magaji play Sense the Savage Way at ANI to
untap (and thus be able to play Intercept reactions) or is this not
possible since he is already blocking and cannot "attempt to block"
again?
