Viktor, The Night General espouses the Path of the Void. With two
stealth to begin each of his actions, he can be a monster voter or
presence bleeder. His independent status allows him Free States Rants
and Reckless Agitation. An ideal turn for Viktor includes discarding
a duplicate Path of the Void in the untap phase, gaining Fortitude in
the master phase, becoming Liaison and untapping with Freak Drive,
acquiring plus bleed (Heart of the City/Tasha/J.S.) and untapping with
Freak Drive, and then bleeding or voting.
Aksinya Daclau is his perfect partner, cycling excess masters as bleed
defense while having mostly the same discipline set.

I played this in a 13 player mini-qualifier today. Got to the finals
with 1 GW + 5 VPs (2 in one round, 3 in the second).
I couldn't find the Fortschritt Library, so I went with another
Majesty instead. (Should have been a Form of Mist or two.)

I have no complaints about the crypt, got out Aksinya and Viktor every
game, Victor in the two non-finals rounds so he got to be a Justicar
and the Prince of Paris.

Exile only came up once (unsurprisingly), and it wasn't particularly
helpful.

I didn't have any complaints about the Action Modifier section at all,
probably nothing I would change there.

Two of the Majesty's should have been Form of Mist. Bleed for 4-5 at
two stealth is good, tapping out a blocking and finishing the bleed
anyway is better.

Break the Code only mattered in the finals, as the top seeded Imbued
deck with 2 GW + 7 VPs sat as my prey. Unfortunately, he was
Discerning + Vigilance + Second Sight + Aranthebes so he still was
able to consistently stymie me.

Legendary Vampire was used for bounce, two of the three times I saw
it. It never came up at a good time, so it could have been anything
else. Getting Viktor up to 11 capacity did get me a game win via
Reins of Power. My prey taking 5 and taking none myself (predator's
largest minion was a 6) was very good. I contested the Zoo Hunting
Ground in the first game and won control of it from my predator.
Unfortunately I had exhausted my library ousting my first two prey, so
he eventually caught me out with his Ivory Bow.

All worked well, need to make Aksinya an Anarch to call the Reckless
more often.

The lack of general untap caused Viktor to be Sensory Deprived for
almost the entire second game, but the Rat's were able to wake him on
stealthy bleeds often enough that the Ravnos who were my prey were
still ousted.

These were good, could perhaps have used a Heidelberg to shuffle these
around, Aksinya and Victor P. got them, and used them to good effect
in the second round.

Did you find House of Sorrow useful? I'm surprised no Villein instead
of Minion Tap - is that simply because you sell all your Villein's for
$25? :)
How often did you have to tap your minion or give up a desired master
card to keep Vickor untapped?

How did you pass these votes? It seems like there are very few cards
in your deck that would allow you to pass these (2x Victor P, 3x Awe,
1x Perfect Paragon, 1x Ventrue HQ, 1x Legendary Vamp), and several of
those rely on chancy situations to be playable (legendary, Ventrue
HQ).
Maybe you can split the damage with whoever else has votes?

Multiple times I two uses of the Coven.
On key votes I got two uses out of the Ventrue Headquarters to make a
Reins of Power pass by 10...

Yes. I don't have any, they are all sold as soon as I make them
available.

About once per game. Sacrificing Path of the Void to Path of the Void
was very common, as was sacrificing the 3rd or 4th Fortitude to the
Path.

In one game I controlled all of the votes when I had the Edge. (2-2)
In the next, I agreed to put two damage on my predator with the
Reckless. To pass the Reins of Power that game, it was Awe for 7
votes.

Right. That's why there are very few votes.

Similarly could you use House of Sorrows to untap a Bleeding the Vine
to then cancel a just played mastercard? Or is the timing of "as
played" prohibit the house of sorrows?
(sorry... not really relevant to your post, just following the line of
thought that double using the coven inspired)
