Sure.
Yes. See also Command of the Beast at DOM, Divine Image at SER, and
Power of One at pot.
So you just need someone with AUS TEM DOM SER and pot, and then you
are home free!!
Ian Forestal with Infernal Pact (for Temporis) and either a Serpentis master
card or a Book of Going Forth by Night.
Not so difficult to do. Effective and viable? Well...
BTW, I have played against a !Tremere deck which used just the Infernal Pact
trick to use Quicksilver Contemplation. It worked.

And be Anarch to play Power of One. And then you can finish
with Monkey Wrench or Conditioning.
Nehemiah with 4 skill cards, or 2 skill cards and the Seal
of Veddartha.
Or Kahina the Sorceress with Agent of Power and Sponteneous
Power and a pot skill card (or Hand of Conrad).
Or just about anyone with Spont power and Agent of power, 7
skill cards (or whatever to get AUS DOM SER pot), who is Anarch.
Hand will be Govern (cost=1), Command of Beast, Divine Image
(-1stealth however, cost =2), Power of One (cost=1),
Conditioning (cost=1) for a total of 9 bleed. Whoo hoo.
Or, you could recruit 9 2-4 cap vamps with dom/DOM, and
really go to town. Oh, that's been done already?

She can even burn blood for stealth. And play Freak Drive.

Define "worked". You got GW? You got VP? Or the combo
worked one time, and you were satisfied (my result usually).

I said "played against".

1) He used the combo bleed me for a surprisingly large amount. (I was
prepared for a Govern + Conditioning as the worst case scenario for me.)
2) The deck did not *rely* on the combo, it worked even when it didn't have a
Quicksilver Contemplation or Infernal Pact.

Al-Muntathir, God's Witness
Clan: True Brujah (group 5)
Capacity: 8
Disciplines: AUS FOR PRE TEM obf qui
Sabbat. Black Hand: If you control four or more True Brujah, burn Al-
Muntathir. He cannot play cards that require Celerity [cel]. Scarce.
He can SH some OBE support, play pulse of canaile and heart of city,
bleed with dream world, quicksilver and aire if you want. And he is
ready out of the blocks. I f your trujah shake requires pot, there's
always the hand of conrad.
but you can play revelations to have your prey play with an open hand,
and bleed selectively.
