I don't have the card or anything, but I had an idea for a good way it could
be used for a combat deck, so I thought I'd ask to satisfy my curiosity.

If a Tremere were to play Wind Dance at superior, could he or she then play
Primal Instincts to cancel the second dodge, and then have the addtional
strike to use with whatever strike?

i think he's commited to choose "dodge" as his new strike, following the
ruling on thrown gate for maneuver + primal instinct.
Tha same way you'll lose the additional from sup. arms of the abyss if you
play primal instinct to do somethin else than a dodge.

Anyway, it may seems sketchy, but intuitively i think it's illegal to change
your strike for something else than a dodge.
LSJ, is the combo Wind dance, then as an additional play sup. Vampiric speed
to gain a dodge legal ? and with the use of sup.
Primal instinct to cancel wind dance's dodge ?

thanks

Sure, if the Tremere were acting and the opposing minion gained an
additional strike (as required by PI).
